Day Shift (7:00AM – 3:30PM)
AOI – QC Operator (2-3 yr. experience) –. AOI and/or 5dx test experience, Familiarity with AOI &/or AXI (5dx) software applications, Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCBA) and QA/QC inspection, IPC assembly/Quality standards
Quality Inspector (Minium 2 yrs. Experience) – Perform inspections, checks, tests, and sampling procedures of incoming materials, parts and components used at various stages of the manufacturing process ensure specified quality requirements are met. IPC certification, knowledge of AQL sampling, IPC-A-610 Workmanship Standards. Final QA/QC (PCBA) background is a plus
SMT Operator (2-3 yr. experience) – Set-up, operation, and adjustment of SMT equipment. knowledge in Fuji pick & place machines a plus
Receiving Clerk/Material Handler – The receiving clerk is responsible for the verification and keeping of records on incoming materials and shipments. The receiving clerk also inspects the condition of items being received and maintains accurate data in the system of inventory levels and works closely with procurement and program managers to ensure materials are available when needed. Physical Demands: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the job. While on the job, employees are required to stand, walk, use hands and fingers, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee may be required to move or lift at least 10-20 pounds shipments. Computer Skills: Knowledge of database software (i.e. pc/MRP), spreadsheet software, typing, and word processing software.
Engineering Assistant – Provide the technical manufacturing engineering support that assures the absolute highest quality and efficiency to all aspects of the Megaforce manufacturing process. Bachelor’s Degree with 4 to 6 years of experience in the printed circuit assembly industry.
Quality Engineer – Must have specific knowledge of ISO 9001:2008 or ISO 13485 (medical), Traceability, IPC-610 Class II, III, and J-STD. Audit ISO standards in all departments of the company and serve as the ISO management representative of Megaforce.
