Resume Template (Google Docs)
Not sure where to start with your resume? Check out this template for ideas on structure and content, with lots of helpful bonus tips along the way.
When you open the doc, as long as you are signed in to any Google account, it should allow you to click “File” and then “make a copy” on desktop or tap in the top right for the dropdown that will include the “make a copy” option.
If that does not appear and you must do this more manually, copy the text of the first page of the document and paste it into a new, blank Google Doc. Then you can adjust the text to fit your default margins, or if you like the look of our template and want everything to be structured the same, you can go to File –> Page setup and change all four margins to .5.
