**About the Role:**
IPCC is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Seamstress Intern to assist with costume construction, alterations, and repairs for theatrical productions, schools, and special events. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain real-world experience in a professional costume studio.
**Responsibilities:**
* Assist with sewing, hemming, alterations, and repairs
* Support costume construction and preparation for fittings and rentals
* Help organize costumes, fabrics, and supplies
* Maintain a clean and organized workspace
* Handling customer enquiries
**Qualifications:**
* Current student or recent graduate in Fashion, Costume Design, Theatre, or related field
* Basic hand and/or machine sewing skills
* Detail-oriented, reliable, and eager to learn
* Understanding or ability to research and work with different periods and genres of costumes and fashion
