Learn to think like a hiring manager and turn your experience into a job-ready story.

Ever wonder:

What makes a resume stand out to a recruiter? How to show your experience when you don’t have much “experience”?Whether a school project or volunteer work really belongs on your resume? What to do if you don’t meet every qualification in a job posting?

This experience helps you answer those questions and much more. You’ll learn how to craft a resume that’s clear, focused, and built to get noticed, not just submitted.

Along the way, you’ll explore practical ways to use AI as a support tool to brainstorm, refine, and strengthen your work.

This program is self-paced. It takes approximately 1-2 hours to complete.

Skills Learned:

  • Intro & Scenario
Background context and your project team
  • Decoding Job Descriptions and Choosing a Strategy
  • Translating Experience Into Resume Content
  • Making a Resume Screen and Reviewer Ready
  • Repositioning, Skill Gaps, and What Comes Next
