Welcome to our programme! We are so excited to have you here.

At Latham & Watkins, we make it a priority to offer quality mentorship and training to lawyers and those beginning their law careers. During this programme, you will get a glimpse into what a career at Latham & Watkins is like. As you complete the modules, you will take part in meaningful and relevant projects that showcase the compelling work done at our firm while also solidifying the key skills you will need to succeed as a lawyer.

During this programme, you will have the opportunity to step into the shoes of a Latham & Watkins team member and complete tasks that replicate the pro bono work that our lawyers do every day. You’ll learn how to conduct legal research, apply the law, and engage in critical thinking. 

We hope this programme provides a great resource for you to upskill and strengthen your resume as you explore career options and a potential career at Latham & Watkins!

This program is self-paced. It takes approximately 3-4 hours to complete.
