Guide customers toward financial confidence with personalized service, product expertise, and relationship-driven support.

Personal bankers play a vital role in delivering personalized financial support while helping customers navigate life’s big decisions. As a key point of contact in the branch, personal bankers assist with opening accounts, exploring credit and savings options, and guiding customers through digital banking tools. They also ensure compliance with bank policies and procedures.

In this simulation, you will step into the role of a Wells Fargo personal banker and navigate real-world scenarios that require strong communication, active listening, and sound judgment. 

Throughout this experience, you will:

Recommend products and services based on customer needsExplain account and credit options in a clear, helpful wayAssist customers with mobile and online banking toolsRespond to challenges while maintaining professionalism and compliance

By the end of this simulation, you will have a clearer picture of the personal banker role and how it supports customers and the broader community. 

This program is self-paced. It takes approximately 30-60 mins to complete.
